How long does my order take to ship?

Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 weeks for us to make the item(s) along with ~1 week for shipping. We’ll let you know when your order has shipped and provide a tracking number for you.

Shipping prices

US shipping is a flat rate of $4 + $1.50 per item ordered. So, if you order a Lounge Set and a Tiny Tote, shipping would cost $7.

What is your return policy? 

Please do not purchase items with the intention of returning them. This includes ordering multiple sizes of the same item to “try-on.” Please look at our size chart and determine which size would be your best fit. Returns are a large cause of waste and emissions, which aren’t great for the planet.

Where do you ship?

We are currently only shipping to the US, but hope to offer international shipping soon. If you’re outside of the US and want to get your hands on a rinkel piece, send us an email and let us know!
